Why do poems have to be so deep?

I mean all these hidden symbols make me fall asleep.

The author probably didn't even mean to put them in,

but not trying to find them is considered a sin.

So please don't try to find meaning in mine where there is none,

But a PSA to try to make poems more fun.

Do seek their meat

For they are god's treat

The species don't matter

As long as they make you fatter

And then the cycle will repeat
